A former school teacher of sixteen years turned sports journalist, Tommy Herschell spent twelve years travelling the globe covering surf and rugby league stories. Born and raised on the Gold Coast and now based in Sydney, he discovered firsthand the power of storytelling to create positive change.

Seven years ago, Tommy founded Find Ya Feet, a movement now operating Australia-wide across sporting teams, schools and corporate organisations. He is a sought-after speaker on mindset, culture and resilience.
