The business is the culmination of almost 20 years’ experience working across professional sport, media, entertainment and commercial partnerships. Throughout that time, founder Jane Elkin has worked both behind the scenes and on the ground with athletes, industry leaders, brands and event organisers — developing a deep understanding of what talent needs, what organisations expect, and how to deliver both seamlessly.

After two decades immersed in the industry, one thing became clear: the most powerful opportunities happen when the right people are brought together with intention.
