Tim Gilbert is one of Australia’s most experienced and respected television journalists and sports broadcasters, with a career spanning more than 30 years.

He began in radio before becoming a key figure at the Nine Network, where he worked on flagship sports programs including Wide World of Sports, The Cricket Show, The NRL Footy Show, and TODAY, and reported from global events such as the Olympics and Commonwealth Games.

After 23 years at Nine, Tim moved to Sky News Australia where he has hosted shows like The Business of Sport and Racing Dreams, and today continues to shape sports media with his storytelling and commentary.
