A chalkie (school teacher) by trade, with sixteen years of experience wranglin’ kids and battling chalk dust. Tommy has spent his fair share of time behind the typewriter. As a journalist, he traversed the globe for twelve years, diving deep into the world of sports journalism — chasing surf and Rugby League stories and discovering the power of storytelling to create positive change.

Born and bred on the Goldie (Gold Coast), Tommy now calls Avalon in Sydney home. Seven years ago he swapped the chalk and typewriter to kick off Find Ya Feet — a movement that’s now Australia-wide, working with sporting teams, corporate organisations, and schools.
