Luke Lewis is one of rugby league’s most respected and versatile figures, with a decorated career spanning more than a decade at the highest level of the game. A premiership winner, State of Origin representative and Australian international, Luke built his reputation on consistency, leadership and an ability to perform under pressure.

Making his NRL debut for the Penrith Panthers in 2001, Luke played a pivotal role in the club’s 2003 NRL Premiership victory and established himself as one of the game’s elite forwards. His career included 16 Tests for Australia, 17 State of Origin appearances for NSW, the 2010 Dally M Lock of the Year and International Lock of the Year.

In 2012, Luke joined the Cronulla Sharks, where he faced one of the greatest challenges of his career with a diagnosis of thyroid cancer. His determination to overcome the illness and return to elite competition became a defining example of his resilience, mental strength and professionalism.

Since retiring, Luke has transitioned into media, commentary and business. He is the founder of Premiership Ring Co, a premium brand creating bespoke championship-style rings that celebrate the journey behind success. The business reflects Luke’s own career and his belief that success is earned through sacrifice, discipline and high performance.

Calm, engaging and relatable, Luke connects authentically with corporate, sporting and community audiences. He brings valuable insight into leadership, resilience, high performance and performing under pressure, while his work with the McGrath Foundation reflects his ongoing commitment to giving back.
