A repeat founder, Jess launched her first business at 16, her second at 22 and her third at 30. After being told by a careers advisor that she “didn’t have it in her” to pursue a career in fashion, Jess left school and within two years was working internationally across Australia, Paris and New York Fashion Weeks. She went on to launch her first fashion technology company at 22, building it into a globally recognised and award-winning business that expanded into 130 countries.

Jess was subsequently selected as a grand finalist on China’s hit entrepreneurship show The Next Unicorn, broadcast to 15 million viewers per episode.

Today, Jess is Co-Founder of Waves Tech Ventures and Women Making Waves, an emerging technology venture advancing women’s rights law reform across Australia and the US, in partnership with global brands including Google, Airbnb, TikTok, Speedo and The Chopra Foundation.

She has also been appointed a Contributor for Forbes Australia, sharing insights on innovation, technology and women’s leadership and further cementing her position as an influential voice shaping the future of work and gender equity.
