JAMES GRAHAM

James Graham is one of rugby league’s most respected international forwards, beginning his career in England before establishing himself as one of the NRL’s premier front-rowers. A former England and Great Britain international, James is one of only eight players in history to receive a Golden Cap for reaching 50 international Test appearances.

Since retiring from the game, James has built a successful second career across media, becoming a prominent voice with Fox Sports and Triple M. His passion for the game, candid opinions and natural storytelling ability have made him a popular and engaging media personality.

James is also the founder of The Bye Round, a successful rugby league podcast and production company, where he brings together players, coaches and personalities from across the game for open and insightful conversations.

With a wealth of experience across elite sport, media and podcasting, James offers audiences an authentic perspective on professional rugby league, leadership, resilience and life beyond the game.
