A former NSW state champion in Motocross and Enduro, Grace was the only junior female in Australia to receive full sponsorship at the time. She went on to become one of just a handful of women in the country to clear a 75-foot freestyle motocross pro gap. Her sporting journey changed dramatically following a serious accident that left her with a pelvis broken in six places, three surgeries and 45 nights in hospital. That experience now underpins her powerful perspectives on resilience, perspective and hope.

Grace also brings extensive experience working with young people and navigating generational differences. Through five years working with Stand Tall, Australia’s largest youth wellbeing events, she has developed a strong understanding of Gen Z and what it takes to create meaningful connection across generations.

With a deep respect for those who have gone before her, Grace explores the opportunity that exists when young meets experienced, energy meets wisdom and ambition meets perspective. Her work focuses on turning generational differences into opportunities for mentorship, collaboration and stronger relationships in workplaces, families and communities.
