Dale is passionate about mentoring emerging players, fostering strong team cultures, and driving performance through accountability and unity.
Off the field, music plays an important role in Dale’s life; he enjoys playing guitar and performing, balancing his sporting discipline with creative expression.
Academically, Dale completed a Bachelor of Health and Movement at ACPE in 2018 and is currently pursuing a Master of Teaching (Secondary).
As he transitions from professional sport, Dale is eager to bring his leadership, team-building, and performance-driven mindset to opportunities in coaching, high-performance programs, athlete development, or projects that integrate sport and music.
