Cate Campbell OAM is one of Australia’s most accomplished swimmers, an eight time Olympic medallist and four time gold medallist renowned for her explosive sprint freestyle across multiple Olympic Games and World Championships. Born in Malawi and raised in Australia, she became a mainstay of Australia’s highly successful relay teams and one of the most recognisable figures in Australian swimming.

Today Cate is a commentator, MC and motivational speaker, co-hosts the Campbells and Co podcast and partners with Quest Apartments. A strong advocate for athlete wellbeing and mental health, she brings an intelligent, authentic perspective on leadership, resilience, performance and balance.
