BRENTON SPEED

MULTI-CODE SPORTS COMMENTATOR | MC & HOST | AUCTIONEER

Brenton Speed is one of Australia’s most versatile and experienced sports commentators, with an unmatched breadth of knowledge across multiple sporting codes.

Known as “Speedy”, Brenton is the only Australian television commentator to have called three major football codes — NRL, AFL and A-League — and has even covered multiple codes in the same weekend. His versatility extends well beyond football, having commentated across Football, Tennis, Rowing, Beach Volleyball and Basketball at the past three Summer Olympic Games.

Brenton is now a permanent fixture within Channel Nine’s Wide World of Sports commentary team, calling NRL, Grand Slam Tennis, Swimming, Athletics and a range of Olympic sports.

His extensive live broadcasting experience, quick wit and broad sporting knowledge make Brenton a highly engaging choice for corporate events, sporting functions and live entertainment.
